Designation: Assistant Manager (Ops & Marketing) Hyderabad

1. Responsible for all business leads generated in Hyderabad:

a. Web/Just dial

b. Existing clients

c. Referral agents

d. Hospitals/doctors

2. Responding to all enquires coming via Hyderabad IVR number/Just dial number/emails.

3. Arranging for assessment, Heath worker interview, placement (as the case may be) with help of the Operations team.

4. Working with operations team to search and identify the most suitable health worker for the client.

5. Tracking and follow up all leads until it’s the logical conclusion – (enrolled or lost).

6. Recording all calls details in “Life Circle application” and communicating the status through “slack” application. Updating Health Worker deployment sheet.

7. Managing Sales Agent network :

a. Maintaining database of all sales agents in Hyderabad

b. Processing their incentives/payments

c. Maintaining direct communication with all key sales agents.

8. Managing corporate tie-up

a. Developing corporate tie-up with hospitals and Pvt. companies

b. Submitting proposals for health camps

c. Meeting and presenting to key management

9. Build social media presence by increasing positive feedback in google/Facebook from existing clients.

10. Any other task communicated by the Business Head/ CEO.

Reporting to: Business Head Hyderabad.

Expected Start Date: 5/7/2021

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Salary: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
