Department: Anodise Plant

Job Role & Responsibilty

1) In-depth knowledge of anodizing processes, including various types of anodizing (e.g., sulfuric acid anodizing, chromic acid anodizing), process parameters, and best practices.

2) Familiarity with chemical baths, surface preparation, anodized coating thickness measurement, and quality inspection techniques.

3) Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team of employees effectively.

4) Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures and inspection techniques to ensure consistent and high-quality anodized coatings.

5) Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and reduce waste.

6) Familiarity with root cause analysis, problem-solving techniques, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

7) Thorough understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to anodizing operations.

8) Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements, including waste management,pollution control, and proper handling of hazardous materials.

9) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

10) Customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

11) Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Qualification: Bsc/Msc/Any Degree in Chemistry

Experience 3 to 5 Years

Gender Male

Location: Rajkot (Pipaliya), Gujarat

Salary Range 40000 - 55000 Per Month
