Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Outlet Manager for our new outlets of Bake Brown located in Gorakhpur. The Assistant Outlet Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the outlet, including managing the day-to-day activities, supervising and training staff, maintaining inventory and supplies, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Assistant Outlet Manager will also assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve outlet efficiency and profitability, and handle customer complaints and inquiries.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in the food or retail industry in an assistant manager or similar role
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in managing teams and achieving sales targets
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality products and services
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in Hindi and English is required, proficiency in other languages is a plus
