Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to launch their Product Management career as an Associate Product Manager. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working in a fast-paced company. Your main responsibilities include gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementations, and improving the overall user experience.

Ultimately, you’ll work with internal teams to build products that fill gaps in the market and increase customer satisfaction. This will be accomplished by gathering quantitative product data, and by analyzing customer research.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Product Manager to define product vision, prioritize the product roadmap, and identify growth opportunities
  • Get product epics from the Product Manager to refine and prioritize into user stories and deliver strong business outcomes
  • Create, maintain and prioritize user stories to deliver strong business outcomes
  • Develop strong relationships with Product Manager, developers, designers, sales, marketing and client success teams
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to develop a deep understanding of the customer, their habits, and their needs
  • Coordinate closely with various stakeholders and engineering to deliver functional solutions
  • Conduct research initiatives to identify customer needs
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand the market
  • Create support and training documents for internal and external users
  • Act like an owner for the success of your product.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in an internet-based or software company
  • Familiarity with market research, consumers’ behavior, and marketing techniques
  • Knowledge of project management tools, like Confluence, Jira or Trello
  • Strong time management skills
  • Growth mindset
  • An ability to deal with a fast pace and changing needs
  • Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
