Qualifications:

A Ph.D. degree in the relevant field and First class or equivalent at either Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration / PGDM or equivalent branch
Minimum of 8 years of experience in teaching / research / industry out of which at least 2 years shall be Post Ph.D. experience
Candidates with relevant industry experience would be given preference.

Job Responsibilities:

Successfully conducting lectures and delivering the module with utmost energy and interactiveness
Helping with valuable inputs in developing curricula and delivering course material
Conducting research, fieldwork, and investigations, and writing up reports
Reviewing methods and teaching materials and making recommendations for improvement
Assisting with student recruitment, interviews, and academic counseling sessions
Contributing to the creation of a classroom environment that promotes growth and equality in students.

Skill Set:

All candidates must demonstrate a passion for teaching
Strong communication skills
Technology Savy; basics of excel is a must, knowledge of Learning Management System is a plus
Adept at delivering content through online and offline mode
Encourages learning via practical examples, discussions and case studies
Local language fluency is good to have
