Job Title: Assistant Manager Marketing/Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager Marketing/Marketing Manager to join our team at Multispecialty Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our hospital’s services, attract patients, and enhance brand awareness. The role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve hospital objectives, including increasing patient footfall, enhancing brand visibility, and driving revenue growth.

2. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with corporate entities for referral marketing and corporate tie-ups.

3. Plan and execute effective marketing campaigns both online and offline to reach target audiences and drive patient acquisition.

4. Manage public relations activities to build positive relationships with the community, media, and key stakeholders.

5. Collaborate with internal departments such as clinical teams, operations, and customer service to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall hospital goals.

6. Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and patient preferences.

7. Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and tactics.

8. Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, budget utilization, and performance metrics for management review.

9. Stay updated on best practices in healthcare marketing and incorporate innovative approaches to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

10. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

2. 5 Years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving patient engagement and revenue growth.

3. Strong understanding of corporate tie-up strategies, referral marketing, and campaign management in the healthcare industry.

4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website management.

6. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing initiatives tailored to the healthcare sector.

7. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools for performance tracking and reporting.

8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.

9. Leadership qualities with experience in leading and motivating a team of marketing professionals.

10. Knowledge of NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers) standards and accreditation process preferred.
