Exp: 1-2 years; Responsibilities The role of food technologist is to plan the manufacture of food and drink products and to work in a wide range of settings , including kitchens , factories , laboratories and offices
  • Other duties as under
  • 1.) Generating new product ideas and recipies
  • 2.) Modifying and improving existing recipies. 3.) Designing processes and machinery for the production of recipes 4.) Ensuring strict hygiene , food safety and standards 5.) Monitoring the production activities 6.) Looking after production , guiding the production staff
  • 7.) Testing and examining samples 8.) Writing reports and looking batches. 9.) Ensuring all guidelines of FSSAI are met at the production unit 10.) Any other responsibility given by the management Experience Requirements 1-2 year in any FMCG industry
