Duties:

· Install, adjust, maintain, repair and provide technical support for biomedical equipment.

· Evaluate the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of biomedical equipment.

· Train clinicians and other personnel on the proper use of equipment.

· Maintain records of biomedical equipments.

Responsibilities:

· All the BM calls and HM calls assigned to the engineer shall be attended within 24 hours.

· BM call should be completed within 7 days from the date of call logging.

· If any technical assistance is required for completion of undertaken work, the engineer must contact the senior most technical personnel without any hesitation.

· Whenever attending the service call, the mobile app should be open and on completion of repair work, the service report shall be made then and there in front of the serviced equipment, then close call through app.

· If any spare part is required for repair of attended equipment, proper PR must be raised on the same time with complete specification of the part. After receiving the spare part the equipment shall be repaired on the same day and SR must be submitted to the Zonal Incharge with seal and Signature.
