Our client seeks to unite compostable packaging producers in order to find effective solutions and ultimately positively impact the world. How? By Innovating, facilitation, cohesion in an expedited manner. They focus and strengthen innovation through cross-industry idea exchange. They encourage facilitation in a concentrated approach in addressing their desire for deeper impact in the sector of compostable packaging and products. Our client also aims at creating cohesion between all stakeholders for greater influence. And finally to expedite the speed of change across the sector and build a better, more sustainable world.

Brief Job Description

Our client is looking for a brand manager that can share the company’s vision with the world. Looking for an experienced Brand Manager to help us build our brand and raise brand awareness. You’ll work across all levels and departments of our organisation to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world.

If you’re creative, possess a strategic mind and have experience in implementing targeted brand campaigns, we’d like to meet you. We’re looking for someone that can help create brand love and relevance across all our target customers (B2B) and consumers (B2C). Hence experience with multiple consumer targets and delivering innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels is a must. An entrepreneurial spirit is something that will enable you to drive innovative ideas and campaigns through.

Ultimately, you will help us grow our brand and help us save the planet as well!

Responsibilities:
  • Connect, partner and build campaigns with other influencers and organisations to strengthen brand
  • Ability to understand and communicate brand proposition
  • Be able to build on social media presence and project outwards
  • Ability to create online and in person events and execute the same
  • Be able to understand and build analytics based decision making and channelising communication accordingly
  • Be able to approach and create following for the platform across the board
  • Be able to build and create strong momentum for a movement leading towards the idea for a cleaner planet
  • Work in cross-functional teams to align strategies and go-to-market plans
  • Ability to create campaigns on different channels and utilise their reach and connect
  • Experience of brand building and communication through variety of channels
  • Ability to organise events and create networking opportunities online and offline
  • Understanding of web analytics and ability to utilise the same for direction and focus
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
  • Devise innovative growth strategies
  • Align the company around the brand’s vision and strategy
  • Managing ROI and KPIs on all brand activities


Desired Candidate Profile Requirements:
  • Experience: 5 - 10 years of experience in mass communication in the digital space
  • To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience with brand building and proven affinity for numbers
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Strong understanding of digital media
  • Nice to have - Experience of building a startup brand
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
