About us

Established in April 2021, we are an upcoming wellness e-commerce startup based in Japan. We aim to create wellness products such as dietary supplements & skincare using the most effective ingredients and technologically advanced processes available under rigorous Japanese regulations.

We are committed to fill the gap in the industry where one may not be able to find plant-based, cruelty-free health products that are developed with science in mind and transparency at its core.

Job Description
  • Research and identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls & make field visits, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections.
  • Achieve sales goals and contribute to organizational growth.
  • Prepare & present concise and accurate reports regularly.

    • Requirements
    • Completed graduation / pursuing last year’s graduation.
    • Up to one year experience within a similar industry.
    • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in English and regional language.
    • Strong ability to work independently and in a team environment as per requirements.
    • Working knowledge of MS office and/or G-Suite Tools.
    • Passionate towards sales and marketing & working in a fast-paced startup.
    • Availability of smartphone and two-wheeler in work location.
    • Ability to travel - 90% field work. (Travel Allowance will be provided.)
    • English Proficiency (Read, Write, Speak)
    • Hindi Proficiency (Read, Write, Speak)
    • Regional Language Proficiency (Read, Write, Speak)

    Salary Details(Metro Cities)*: -

    1. 0-2 Years Work Experience: - Rs 29000.00(Fixed 15000+Variable 10000+Travel Allowance 4000) Per month

    2. More than 2 Years Work Experience: - Rs 34000.00 (Fixed 20000+Variable 10000+Travel Allowance 4000) Per month

    3.Candidates Can Also Earn Incentive Based on Performance.

    Salary Details(Non-metro Cities): -

    1. 0-2 Years Work Experience: - Rs 23000.00(Fixed 15000+Variable 5000+Travel Allowance 3000) Per month

    2. More than 2 Years Work Experience: - Rs 28000.00 (Fixed 15000+Variable 10000+Travel Allowance 3000) Per month

    3.Candidates Can Also Earn Incentive Based on Performance.

    *Note: Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad - are considered as Metro cities. All other cities are considered as non-metro cities.
