Role Description

This is a full-time job for a Business Development Manager at Kanta Biotech pvt ltd. located in Panaji, Goa with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. They will also develop and implement sales strategies, analyze market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent understanding of the molecular diagnostic industry
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of market research and analysis
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate across departments
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
