Meet financial accounting objectives
Execute the daily accounting operations: month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity
Perform day-to-day accounting operations and ensure that there is a redundant process backup in place for every critical operation
Input all the Purchase orders into the system as per the details of sales team
Input all reimbursement data related to different expense of the employees into the ERP system
Input all the credit & debit notes into the ERP system

Prepared data of entire monthly expense and report it to AGM Finance

Assist in collection of accounting data and submission of financial reports or statements for further accounting analysis
Execute all accounting methods, policies and principles suggested by the team leads
Assist Manager Accounting in developing monthly and quarterly accounting reports for the management and executive teams
