Responsibilities

  • Provide email and chat support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective resolution of customer issues
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in written communication in English
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
