The Chemical Production trainee will work under the supervision of a professional engineer to assist project teams to create world class designs for new projects, alterations, and redevelopments on a variety of projects. Processing information with a dedication to accuracy, following set processes, grouping tasks will be the hallmarks of the incumbent.


Requirement:

  • Trainee/Freshers Diploma/TI – Chemical Specialization
  • Basic knowledge in standard chemical engineering techniques, principles, and procedures.
  • Sincere & dedicated
  • Good communication Skills
  • Presentable

Responsibilities

  • Assists in designing chemical components for project needs and requirements that are set forth by the project managers.
  • Applies basic knowledge of commonly used chemical engineering/design concepts, principles, practices, and procedures within the chemical engineering services industry.
  • Assists in the chemical design of projects from the conceptual phase through design completion.
  • Problem-solving for technical challenges with adaptations of chemical process alternatives.
  • Should have knowledge of testing of chemical materials like unsaturated polyester resin.
  • Verifies and comply with engineering documentation standards and test procedures.
  • Develops operating procedures, safety protocols, and maintenance plans for large scale chemical process equipment.
  • Manages lab’s chemical inventory and purchasing of lab consumables, chemicals, equipment etc.
  • Establishes safety and waste management procedures.
