Delivering on the daily operations dispatch quota (inbound and outbound)

Resolution of discrepancy with customer and escalation of the matter when deemed necessary

Assist customer team during audits and Inventory

Should ensure strict adherence to set processes and should escalate with customer when any deviation is observed

Should implement various process improvement techniques
