Position Description:

The Client services Engineer works with Sales team on presale activity to present about the product functionality, prepare responses to client RFP documents, conduct workshops at client locations, prepare PoC as per the client needs, Works with Services Delivery team on the project implementation activities


The base reporting location is Hyderabad, however requires travel within and outside India and stay at client locations during project implementation period. The Operational location will be specified in the offer letter.


Essential duties & Responsibilities:

Functional:

  • Elicits, document and analyse Project scope, needs and deliverables of the project.
  • Closely work with Project Manager and Service delivery team to prepare the Project documentation including Project plan, charter, SoW, Business Process Procedures, Prototyping the solution, gap analysis, Technical & Functional specifications documents.
  • Coordinate with Technical team to setup the client instance for client
  • Work with back end technical team related to agreed product enhancements
  • Prepare Unit Testing and UAT test scripts, end user manuals and conduct trainings
  • Prepare and maintain all logs and records of system changes
  • Prepare security and authorizations matrix

Technical:

  • Configure Apps as per client requirement
  • Integrations to other systems like Primavera, MSP, MS Office, ERP etc as per the scope
  • Business Process workflows, Input forms design/customization
  • Designing of reports, Prepare Analytics & dashboards as per client need
  • Prepare security roles in system, User roles and users creation and assign users to roles

Solutions development:

  • Exploratory meetings, case studies presentation and product demonstration to clients
  • Proposal development for implementation and integration scope

Solution Delivery and Support:

  • Solution design, configuration, integration, automation, customization and testing
  • Project management, Progress reporting and client relationship building
  • Training plan, training facilitation and product adoption assistance
  • Post go-live support

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering related to construction management
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction processes automation in which at least one full life cycle implementation using any of the Project Management tools/software, Primavera P6, MSP
  • Knowledge in SQL Scripting, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, 3D BIM products
  • Strong analytical skills, good knowledge in Excel Macros, Graphs, Pivot tables
  • Good knowledge in construction related processes, documentation & logs and reporting
