Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Client Service Executive to join our team at Deepsense. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and objectives, and effectively communicate them to internal teams.
  • Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, providing regular updates on project progress, resolving any issues, and addressing client concerns.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and reports as needed.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by promptly addressing any queries or complaints and providing timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide strategic insights to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in client servicing or account management roles, preferably in a digital or marketing agency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically to address client needs effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client requirements.
