Client Technology Product Implementation Manager (Remote)

Full time role, India

A great opportunity has arisen for a CT Product Implementation Manager to be part of our Client Technology Team. A recent working knowledge of client technology configuration is critical to this role.

As a Client Technology Product Implementation Manager, you will

  • Oversee projects on behalf of Client Technology
  • Manage product implementations for customer facing technology, like Online Booking Platforms
  • Gather customer requirements and translate them into a configuration design
  • Align the product configuration design with the overall service setup
  • Consult with customers on how their needs are addressed and manage the customer expectations
  • Configure and test the technical setup
  • Present the product setup and manage the roll out
  • Constantly adopt to the fast evolving technology portfolio

About You

  • Good knowledge of Amadeus (2nd or 3rd GDS is a plus)
  • Solid experience in the administration on the online booking tool Concur (2nd OBT is a plus)
  • Extensive experience in the travel industry
  • Experience in process management (design, document and implement processes)
  • Good analytical thinking skills
  • Great empathy for customer needs and patience with demanding customers
  • Flexible and adaptable to ever changing landscape
