Requirements:

MPhil or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from a recognized university.
Valid registration and license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in Kerala.
Proven experience in conducting psychological assessments and providing psychotherapy.
In-depth knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and their application.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Empathy and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
Ability to build rapport with clients and establish a strong therapeutic alliance.
Fluency in English and Malayalam (both written and spoken).

Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose various mental health conditions in clients.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes and the specific needs of each individual.
Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to address psychological and emotional challenges.
Provide counseling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
Support clients in coping with issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress.
Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of clinical psychology and participate in professional development opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: ₹15,097.68 - ₹31,530.59 per month
