Developer:

Participates in the estimation of activities, owns technical implementation of the story, and responsible for the design, build, and unit integration testing for new and modified features. The primary focus of this role is as a Front-end Developer with a keen focus to detail through ensuring the UX direction and design is implemented through code and the user’s experience is fluid on multiple devices. Additional opportunities to expand into Back-end python development are desired.

Experience with:

• Significant development using modern web application Vue.js, and associated plugins
• Javascript engineering using NodeJS and Typescript and integrating with JSON/Swagger based micro-service APIs.
• Creating cross-browser, global and multi-devices experiences
• Awareness of foundational UX/UI design principles, trends, and tools such as Sketch, InVision, or Adobe Creative Suite and experience consuming high-fidelity designs from UX designers
• Driving data-driven user testing and UX testing
• Operating in a cloud hosted and DevOps infrastructure within Amazon Web Services
• AWS DevOps or Azure Developer
• Developing to consume structured and unstructured content optimized for multiple devices
• Experience with Contentful or other relevant content infrastructure systems
• Experience with Python / Django
• Experience on Orchestration development
• Experience on Automated testing

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience)
  • Experience delivering systems with multiple points of integration with other technologies or applications
  • Strong teamwork, self-management, problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Passion for delivering new capabilities with a creative startup-like mindset

Additional Skills/Preferences:

• Experience working within the life sciences and pharmaceuticals industry
• Experience with: Python, Jenkins, GitHub, CloudFormation, ARM templates, Ansible, Airflow
• Experience with iOS native or hybrid mobile development using Swift, Objective-C, or similar
• Experience with the following AWS services: S3, S3 Web Hosting, Cloudfront, Fargate, Lambda, Elasticsearch, Glue, Neptune, Cloudwatch, and Cloudtrail, among others.
• Experience developing progressive web applications
• Understanding of health care regulations, international regulations, and privacy controls
• Experience with advanced application security such as ABAC, database security, privileged access management, and internet of things security.
