Roles and Responsibilities

Achievement of Collections Targets for the locations as per budget matrix.
To set up and manage Field Collections Team in respective locations & drive them for the numbers with proper planning &execution.
Driving Collections through the Collection agencies and Collection managers.
End to End tracking of whole collection process through proper data management
Manage the collection process as laid down, complete ownership of agency management process

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent hold over driving collection agencies, managing end to end collection process
Strong team handling & grooming skills
Candidate must be aware about data management via use of MIS, certain softwares
Working knowledge of MS Excel shorts-cuts & formulas like V look Up, H lokk up, Pivot
