Looking for a high-performing hard-core Sales Professional to help the client meet their ambitious customer acquisition, revenue growth objectives. You will be responsible for developing and executing all key growth sales strategies and generating revenues

Client Details

Our client is leading manufacturer of industrial power transmission and conveyor chains having 14 factories across 20 countries of the world

Description

  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets with YOY growth 20% by expanding new customer base, rapid Dealer expansion and market expansions in export markets.
  • To prepare annual sales budget addressing all products, segments and geographies.
  • To arrive monthly sales forecast and order generation from annual operating plan and ensure that it is being achieved.
  • Regularly review sales team of all their customer contacts and guide them suitably to identify more new business opportunities to increase business from new customers and new products.
  • To design an efficient sales organisation with optimal balance of both field & back office team and synergize their efforts to achieve best in class service level.
  • Understand market segments and product specific focus and direct the sales force to achieve targets both in existing segment as well new customer accounts
  • Must focus on appointing new Dealers, adding more point of availability as stated in the strategy & generating revenues from the new dealers.

Profile

  • Must be a mechanical engineer
  • Post-graduation qualification in sales & marketing specialisation is desirable
  • Must have minimum 20+ of experience in a leading large business group in the engineering component industry (Specifically on Transmission Products)
  • Should have worked at senior level in sales and marketing function with a track record of clear leadership role.
  • Exposure of both direct Sales and channel management is must.
  • Expert in Customer Service & Relationship Management.
  • Proven ability to design and drive a right mix of sales process.
  • Spoken Hindi is required.
