About the firm:
Karma Workspaces is an upscale co-working space, based in Ahmedabad. We build & rent out ergonomic workstations & cabins to MNC clients. We are located on Sindhu Bhavan Road in the high-end project of Shivarth THE ACE. We are the sister firm of a real-estate firm, Shivarth Projects, which has been in the real estate field for last 30 years.

About the role:
We are looking for an energetic, professional candidate to function within our Business Centre in Ahmedabad.The offered position is that of the ‘front face’ of our organization, in the said branch. The role requires working in close association with the top management, with premium clientele to manage. It is an office-based role, with little to no commute required within the city, from time to time. This position will report directly to the owner of the firm.
Location: Sindhu Bhavan Road, Ahmedabad.

Prerequisites for the role (Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role)

· Customer Service Oriented & Flexible, Self-Composed in demanding situations.
· Strong Organizational skills & thorough knowledge of MS Excel.
· Good communication skills with preferred experience in Real Estate Industry.
· Strong people-skills which include addressing & correcting issues, calmly.
· Open to working late hours if the business demands.

Job role
· Welcoming and Greeting the Guests.
· Be the first and last point of contact for your building.
· Cover the front desk during business hours.
· Taking and relaying calls & messages .
· Provide information to enquirers.
· Handling Visitors & their feedback.
· Ensure knowledge of movements in and out of organization.
· Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
· Provide general administrative and clerical support.
· Prepare and Maintain the records of documents.
· Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
· Maintain appointments either manually or digitally.
· Monitor and maintain office equipment.
· Control inventory relevant to reception area.
· Maintain the decorum of office area.
· Preparation of Daily reports and other facility reports.
· Assist with HR based issues of the clients.

Membership management:

· Work on community initiatives designed to develop connections between members, including member introductions, event support, email and print communications.
· Make posters for events, prepare newsletter.
· Assist with set-up and breakdown of internal and external events including strategizing, planning and execution.
