Content Marketing & Development Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relevant content for various business partners and stakeholders in the form of text and visuals
  • Conduct Extensive Research across various industries (FMCG, BFSI, Ed-tech) and relevant business models to formulate a feasible content strategy
  • Write engaging narratives for greater reach and engagement
  • Communicate and collaborate with potential partners through necessary sales & marketing channels, following-up and onboarding them
  • Maintain organized content files, and help to organize and archive existing files
  • Work autonomously and develop high-quality concepts with minimal instruction
  • Manage timelines and prioritization of workload, and know when to ask for direction
  • Assist team in developing and executing communications plans

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in communications, business development, marketing, or related field, or demonstrated success in relevant professional fields (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years related professional experience in a production environment;
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts, narratives and data
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Thorough knowledge of Writing Tools, SEO Tools
  • Familiarity with best practices for content on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Medium)
  • Technically proficient with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve;
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues;
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines;
  • Flexibility in working with new issues, topics, and approaches.

Salary: ₹4.2 LPA - 6 LPA

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
