Uplers is Looking for:

  • Ability to deliver success metrics for multiple programs independently
  • Be the go-to person to understand the health of our different initiatives on different parameters
  • Ability to manage and communicate with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Lead and present data driven narratives around strategic goals for all important initiatives with the leadership team
  • Initiate retrospectives to help teams improve and iterate on solutions faster
  • Lead market intelligence efforts to gather appropriate industry benchmarks and document best practices
This Role Requires:

  • 2+ Years of Experience in a startup environment
  • A degree in Management or Business from a Reputed Management Institute
  • Strong problem-identification and objection resolution skills
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures in a business context
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
