Urgent Requirement for Process Trainer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Process Trainer to join our team. As a Process Trainer for our Fintech Customer Service process, you will be responsible for equipping our customer service representatives with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to excel in their roles. Your role is critical in ensuring that our team members provide top-notch support to our Fintech clients and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Delivery:

- Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and existing team members in the Fintech customer service process.

- Conduct onboarding sessions, product training, and soft skills training as required.

- Ensure that training materials are up-to-date and relevant.

2. Skill Enhancement:

- Identify individual and team training needs through performance analysis.

- Provide coaching and feedback to improve customer service skills, including communication, problem-solving, and technical skills.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

3. Product and Process Knowledge:

- Stay up to date with Fintech industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes.

- Ensure that team members have comprehensive knowledge of Fintech products, services, and compliance requirements.

4. Training Documentation:

- Create and maintain training manuals, guides, and other training materials.

- Regularly update training documentation to reflect process changes or improvements.

5. Evaluation and Assessment:

- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

- Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement to both trainees and management.

6. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure that team members adhere to quality assurance standards and industry regulations.

- Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to align training with quality expectations.

7. Reporting:

- Prepare training-related reports, including training progress, performance improvements, and areas needing attention.

- Provide regular updates to management on the training program’s effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or a related field (preferred).

- Proven experience of minimum 2-3 years as a Process Trainer in the Domestic BPO, preferably with expertise in Fintech customer service.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong knowledge of Fintech products, services, and industry regulations.

- Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.

- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance improvement.

- Proficiency in using training software and tools.

Salary Up to - 5.5LPA
