He/she ensures prompt issue resolution and optimal consulting and support in all transportation and packaging issues (Wherever applicable) Furthermore he/she manages all locally controlled pharma and healthcare subcontractors and coordinates necessary training or qualification needs of the part of the organisation for which he/she has accountability.
Your Role

He/she ensures prompt issue resolution and optimal consulting and support in all transportation and packaging issues (Wherever applicable) Furthermore he/she manages all locally controlled pharma and healthcare subcontractors and coordinates necessary training or qualification needs of the part of the organisation for which he/she has accountability.
Your Responsibilities
  • Follow appropriate Pharma working instructions for all Pharma shipments booked and handled
  • Book shipments to the selected Pharma standard
  • Advise customers at a shipment level of the most appropriate Pharma service level and describe to clients the detail of the service to be provided
  • Clearly understand the Pharma support documentation (Carrier Assessments, Lane Risk Assessments and Working Instructions) required to deliver Pharma and how to use and follow them
  • Support customers by answering calls and requests associated with future bookings and in transit shipments
  • Answer requests from the Care Team in order to ensure that the KN global Pharma shipment monitoring capability is delivered
  • Ensure pharma warehouse handlers follow the instructions listed in MINZAGXP01 & P805

Your Skills And Experiences
  • Minimum graduate from a recognised university
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge in Air logistics Industry
