Having business in the field of IT, travel agency, hotels and bulk manufacturing of shawls, stoles, caps, jackets, socks, and more. Based in Kullu and registered with the Government of Himachal Pradesh, we are dedicated to nurturing the tradition of the Himachal region and renovating hospitality industry.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Relations Specialist. The Customer Relations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing support through effective communication. The role is located in Kullu, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications
  • Experience in customer retention and satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer support and service skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of the travel industry or traditional clothes or website designing is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Marketing, Communications, or related field
