Position: Customer support Executive (Only Female )
Location: Sola, Ahemdabad
Salary: upto 25k(pm)
Experiance: Up to 2 Years (Fresher can apply)
Must Have strong English communication
Job role:
You are required to handle all the Logistics related queries for Online and Offline when and if required.
· This shall require the Companies/Parties pertaining to direct partners and aggregators as well.
· This includes tracking the Shipments, arranging POD, getting deliveries expedited, and Reconciliations.
· Follo-ups on the Cases on regular basis to meet the timelines to close the case is a must.
· You shall be co-ordinating with the relevant POCs through telephone and emails for the respective concerns.
· Ensure that customer satisfaction commitments are met by strictly checking the TAT.
· Identify and Highlight the shipments that are not fulfilled within the TAT.
· Raise Disputes and close them in regards to Damaged/Missing/ Lost shipments.
Response time to be within 1hr during Working hours for both Comments and DMs and be regularly available with
