Job Role: Customer Success Analyst

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Work Shift: Night Shift (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST/DLS)

Employment: Full Time

Experience : 2 to 6yrs

Recommended Skills and Experience:

Experience with voice of customer platforms and methodologies (building surveys, managing sampling/targeting, analyzing results, developing reports)
Deep working knowledge of when to apply which techniques, and how to combine to answer complex questions
Displays great listening skills as well as the skills to persuade, based on evidence
Good working knowledge of data visualization and web analytics tools
Strong team player, able to work collaboratively with and through others
Quick-thinker, intellectually curious, fast study, loves problem-solving; ability to ask, as well as answer, meaningful and impactful questions
Sets up surveys and takes care of distribution per instruction of the RSR program manager. Maintains an overview of all RSR programs with survey status. Maintain and evolve current HM and candidate survey program for select Customers


Basic qualifications include:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
Minimum of 6 months administration and operational support and/or customer service experience


Preferred qualifications include:

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Solid understanding of MS Office/Google products
Proven ability to work within a team environment
Ability to take direction and execute a plan
