What this job involves
JLL Technologies Enterprise Data team is a newly established central organization that oversees JLL’s data platforms, data products and data engineering for our internal and external clients. We are seeking data governance professionals to work with JLLT colleagues around the globe in providing guidance and services for data governance, data modelling and data quality solutions for JLL enterprise and all future JLLT products.

As a Lead Advisor, you will be directly responsible for

Collaborate with relevant stakeholder and SMEs to arrive at solution on data issues
Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, standards and overall costs/quality to enhance business results of Property Hub
Must handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and establish priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing team environment
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Ensure Data Quality is within the prescribe threshold and determine the root cause for low data quality
Support Application deployment and data migration
Deliver within agrees upon timelines with the expected level of quality
Provide clear, up-to-date status on all work items
Collect and gather data as required by the business or account
Standardize/Cleanse data for Loading
Review the data per the guidelines/playbook
Document the deployment knowledge (in the WIKI)
Document your findings and contribute towards designing processes
Enrich/transform data as required using data management tools and techniques
Monitor performance
Remediate and document data issues and resolution
Experience in defining and understanding data requirements
Experience in liaising, submitting, tracking and managing service requests
This Regional role is based in the APAC Region in Gurgaon, India. This position will report to the Global Transition Lead of the CDO’s organization in JLLT
It is a Lead Advisor role that will primarily support APAC accounts with stakeholders of APAC – Data Governance. Support for other region accounts will also be needed
Identify the need for better governance and better stewardship of data

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Employee Qualifications

10 or more years of data management related experience such as Data Analysis, Data Governance, Workflow Audit.
Bachelor’s degree in (B. Tech, BCA, B.Sc., Business Administration or related fields; advance degree preferred)
4 or more years of related experience in related industry; commercial real estate management preferred

Skills

Demonstrated leadership experience in a large, complex, global organization with geographically dispersed teams and complex technical environments. Ability to effectively work and communicate across organizational lines
Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills. Ability to move a process forward, while meeting the needs of a variety of clients.
Experience in MS SQL and data base scripts and validating results
Good understanding of databases, tables and application integration functionality
Experience in advanced Excel functions for data analysis
Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence in the overall information and analytics space.
Experience of handling data issues in a global environment, including data lifecycle and maintenance processes.
Ability to work well under deadlines, ability to work in a multi-tasking production environment to make good judgments about competing priorities.
Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Integration and Data Management projects
