What You’ll Do
  • Fill an important role in our dental front office, assisting patients and keeping the front office running smoothly
  • Schedule appointments and make reminder calls
  • Register patients and inform them about the clinic, charges, policies, and procedures
  • Prepare and manage patient charts
  • Work Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Qualifications
  • You are fluent in English and Spanish and can score level 9 on a Spanish conversation assessment
  • Your front office experience in a medical or dental office or other office setting is a plus
  • You are experienced with using computer applications for typing and data entry
  • High School diploma or GED
