Job Purpose“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.”
- End to End managing the functional school, from carrying out training need diagnostics, co-create learning design and content, ensuring effective delivery of learning and sustenance program
- Role involves, incumbent to work closely with COE & HRP in terms of designing and delivery of learning interventions
Duties and Responsibilities
Training Need Identification
- Gaining deep understanding of business’s short & long-term objectives, challenges, product portfolio, customer’s profile and other nuances, to provide tailored learning interventions for capability development.
- Ensuring and measuring the impact of training and its relevance to participants. Measuring the final business impact of training.
- Scheduling & having conversations with stake holders from business, COE and HRP at frequent intervals to understand business nuances.
- Carry out diagnostics to understand business challenges and its likely solution from L&D lens. Preparing & presenting diagnostic reports using tools like BEI, FGD, Surveys, Psychometric assessments, to arrive at holistic group and individual learning needs.
- Create learning designs for multiple forms of learning interventions, ranging from classroom, VILT to self-paced learning.
- Creating / Co-creating contextual learning contents, working closely with stakeholders.
- Identifying the most effective method of delivering the learning interventions, exploring all possible options like, Classroom training, VILT, self-paced learning, blended learning factoring multiple data points.
- Co-ordinate with business teams to ensure content is delivered as scheduled - Provide relevant periodic status updates to the head of each team aligned to the project to ensure consistency and update effectiveness of programs.
- Handling weekly, monthly, quarterly training operations (classroom creation, query handling, training calendar creation, MIS reporting) and logistics
- Maintaining monthly data for monthly reviews on all the ongoing and upcoming L&D interventions.
- Auditing the learning interventions, by visiting the training venues/being part of VILT to ensure training effectiveness is maintained as required.
- Maintaining and recording all documents, designs, content pertaining to learning interventions in a structured way over a designated cloud platform
Hiring Criteria
- Hands on experience of 3-5 years in Learning and Development space.
- Understanding on adult learning principle.
- Proficiency in measuring Learning ROI.
- Proficiency in instructional Design and learning Content Design
- Proficiency to interact at senior level independently
- Well versed with MS Word, Excel, Power Point
- Having hands-on experience on creating digital content would be preferred
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Post Graduate (PG in HR preferred, but not mandatory)
- Having hands-on experience on creating digital content would be preferred.
- Well versed with MS Word, Excel, Power Point (PowerQuery or Power BI knowledge is a plus)
- Hands on experience of 3-5 years in Learning and Development space.
- Understanding on adult learning principle.
- Proficiency in measuring Learning ROI.
- Proficiency in instructional Design and learning Content Design
- Proficiency to interact at senior level independently
