Deliverables

• Timely execution of project as per the target and schedules laid down by the organization.
• Construction and Execution of AC works as per the formulated Quality standards and specification by the organization.
• Planning and scheduling the work activities as per the master schedule given for the project.
• Managing and controlling the manpower and AC contractors and sub-contractors allocated for AC construction.
• Preparation of MIS reports and project schedule with monitoring and control on the construction of the project.
• Maintaining and controlling the safety standards at the construction site, as per company EHS policy.
• Preparation of all the electrical documents for FAT and plant handover to the end user. Should have executed following erection work i.e. IDT, OFC Cable Ring formation, HT Joints and termination
  
  

Job Purpose

Lead- Electrical Execution Manager (Execution & Monitoring)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Planned on-site activities of project with MIS methodology including arrangement of necessary local resources, equipment, and milestones.
• Responsible for formulating the process, procedure and SOP’s for all AC electrical works at site.
• Responsible for coordination with the AC electrical works contractors for smooth flow of work progress as per contract deliverables with planning and control on the project.
• Ensured that an integrated schedule and cost control performance measurement process for the project’s entire scope of work is provided.
• Administer the project order systems and advice the project manager on the cost impact of potential changes.
• Responsible for managing a team of Junior engineers and Technicians for supervising the work and ensuring the successful deliverables of assigned target.
• Integrated material resource requirements with project schedule and defined procurement activities and order lead times.
• Responsible for forecasting of Resource requirements for the planned and assigned work as per target.
• Participated in project, HT Panel, Power & Control cable laying.
• Should have knowledge of WTI , OTI, NIFPS etc. methodology.
