Brief Overview:

We at Codepoets, have had amazing interns from Nirma, IIM - I and some of the most prestigious institutes of Gujarat for a while but we had stopped taking internships since last 2-3 years ever since we shifted towards being Branding Agency from an IT company, mostly because we failed to identiy a win-win earlier. COVID - 19 scenario, has revolutionized operations at Codepoets. We have been working with good 20-25 people since over a year now on hourly-basis and have really streamlined a system to work remotely.

Ever since our inception, we never really had to do any sort of marketing, and I consider myself really lucky for that. We still continue to enjoy patronage from word-of-mouth here and in New Zealand / USA but I personally, want to set up a strong digital presence now. If not for me, for everyone associated with the company. We are probably the best branding agency our city has ever seen, but sadly we haven’t been marketing it. And with this idea, I think I have found a win-win situation for the internship. I would be personally hiring, training and supervising a team of three bright talents - one managing online presence on Google and Internet via SEO and ORM, another one managing social media networks and developing new business relationships and last one creating cool graphics as and when needed.

This internship is for the second position - Managing social media networks and developing new business relationships.

Who Should Apply:

A) The one who has an amazing social media handle of his/her own.
B) The one who knows how boosting and PPC works but wishes to master it.
C) The one who follows pages like MOM and understands that purpose of social media is more about brand-building and brand-recall than sales.
D) The one who understands social media is an important part but not an entire piece of Digital marketing.
E) The one whose communication is outstanding and doesn’t mind drafting content in bits and pieces if needed.
F) The one who likes our website, the work we do and wants to devote good 6-8 months of time or more of their college’s end semesters.
G) The one who has 3.5 hours to devote everyday. As one hour would be learning period and 2 hours would be execution time.
H) The one for whom money is directly proportional to results achieved as the base pay is not going to be more but with jump on traffic in the website and social media followings, we would be giving amazing bonuses.

How it would work:

I will be keeping track of your learning progress and tasks and create a schedule of your every day at work. I would leave you to get trained with someone expert in my company for the subject-matter expertise, where in you would be watching tutorials everyday for an hour or so for learning and for two hours or so you would be executing our tasks.

Tasks and learning might not look inter-connected as learning would happen from scratch while tasks would be assigned based on project’s need.

The job would involve planning social media, working closely with graphic team to execute the tasks, doing competitive research and preparing marketing plans, doing newsletters, personally reaching out to relevant set of companies online via E-Mail or social media and set up their meeting with our management team apart from managing social media handles.

Again, good communication is a must for the job.

What would happen by the end of year:

A) You would have in-depth practical knowledge of mastering Social Media and bringing in business for a company in internet-domain.
B) We might upgrade your pay and get you in our permanent team if per hour 88 - 100 Rs is good pay to you.
C) If not, you would get shining jobs like our interns have got by learning from me.
