Responsibilities

  • Design and execute integrated and multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase the awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention of customers
  • Manage with the marketing team and collaborate with the broader business to develop and produce relevant digital material
  • Coordinating internal marketing functions, take responsibility for the end-to-end planning and organisation of all marketing activities
  • Develop and implement engaging social media, content and comms activity to align with marketing strategies and key business objectives
  • Coordinate the distribution of content to relevant channels, whilst utilising data to measure effectiveness and ensure continuous optimisation
  • Work closely with the senior management team to develop and manage the digital marketing strategy across the company’s brands

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing role with at least 1 year in a senior or management-level role
  • Experience creating and managing social media campaigns for platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Experience with Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience managing campaign deadlines, delegating tasks and leading meetings
  • Sound understanding of Search Engine Optimisation and Search Engine Advertising
  • Well-spoken, personable, and able to communicate effectively in cross-cultural settings
  • Exceptional English-language written communication skills

A candidate who is familiar with the Energy and Renewable sector would be highly valued.

Location: Noida

Office timings: 5 a.m to 2 p.m
