We are looking for a highly creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations.

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Responsibilities

  • Digital marketing activities through various online channels like Facebook, Quora, Google Ads (Search & Display), Social Media Marketing (Paid and Organic)
  • Expertise in Digital Marketing, Online Advertising, Revenue Generation, Sales, Customer Acquisition, Retention Marketing, Rebranding Activities, Alliances, PR, Business Strategy, Marketing Operations, Branding, Online Sales, Corporate Communications & Product Development.
  • Experience in developing successful digital marketing campaigns through Google Ads (CPA, CPC), Email, Social, Youtube, and Search.
  • Spearheaded creation & promotion of on-demand digital marketing campaigns including design, marketing content, web development, web marketing to boost the brand value.
  • Proven track record of devising web-marketing strategies that elevated brands from relative obscurity, thereby driving revenue & profits in competitive markets
  • Maintains digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
  • Maintains digital marketing staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Develops digital marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Creating and maintaining client relationships
  • Coaching and subordinate involvement
  • Managing processes
  • Self-motivated yet customer-focused
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
  • Able to develop budgets
  • Familiar with financial planning and strategy

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or google campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
