Ismile Technologies is looking for Digital Marketing Manager, who is having experience inbound marketing and HubSpot to join the Marketing Team.

Responsibilities:

• Own strategies, execution and optimization of our lead generation & lead nurturing goals through email campaigns, webinar, content marketing, paid media and social media channels.
• Convert targeted prospects through calls-to-action, landing pages, and content offers.
• Conduct a range of market research activities to better identify target audiences and attract them through compelling content across the appropriate channels, using a variety of tools like SemRush, Google Analytics, AdWords, HubSpot.
• Use CRO tools for AB testing, heatmaps, sessions recordings, surveys, etc to analyze website traffic to understand user behavior and provide data-driven recommendations to increase engagement and conversion rate
• Design and execute marketing programs to engage and influence target markets.
• Establish and manage PPC and social media ad campaigns that generate high quality leads.
• Track, report, and analyze campaign and program performance, and make recommendations for further improvement.
• Own strategies and execution to grows our social media user engagement, followers across social media platform including Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram
• Conducting & driving webinars single handedlly

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 6-10 years of marketing experience, specifically working on digital marketing programs generating leads and results for IT software and services
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with HubSpot
• Experience in conducting Webinars single handedly
• Experience in Email marketing and influencer Programs.
• Experience in US market will be preferred
• Prior experience in lead generation specially from inbound marketing
• Experience working with SEO and PPC tools (i.e. SemRush, AHREFS, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics)
• Experience working with CRO tools (i.e. Hotjar, Google Optimize, VWO)
• Working knowledge of HTML and popular content management systems (CMS) like WordPress
• Understands metrics including ROAS, CTR, impressions, conversions, etc. related to digital marketing campaigns

Salary: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
