About the Team:
  • This role is responsible for the execution of our digital marketing strategy.
  • This is to deliver high-quality strategic solutions that will enable our GME pages to meet and exceed the needs of our audience segments.
  • A big part of this role will be working with and presenting analytics within our marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
  • Handling strategic online initiatives and leading marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation
  • Monitoring and evaluating online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective
  • Directing the hiring of marketing and promotions staff and supervising their work
  • Working with other department heads and staff to discuss plans and marketing strategies and negotiating advertising contracts
  • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Liaison with vendors to plan, execute and monitor activities and results.
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Collaborating with finance staff to set and stay within budget and staying current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world
  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
  • Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Requirements:
  • Have at least 3-6 yrs of core digital marketing function
  • Experience of working in a highly matrixed, fast paced organization with attention to detail
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build successful relationships
  • Demonstrate emotional intelligence and empathy in all interactions and maintaining the ability to firmly deliver difficult messages when necessary
  • Be a great problem solver, with analytical approach to solve complex issues and highly focused on results.
