We use smart tools and clear language to inform clients and help them make informed decisions about their insurance options. Our insurance advisors are available to provide assistance via chat, phone, or in-person to ensure our clients always have the support they need to purchase the right policy and file claims with confidence.

Role Description

Turtlemint is looking for a Digital Partner to join our team located in Visakhapatnam, with flexibility for some remote work. This is a part-time, hybrid role where the DP will coordinate with insurance agents and generate leads by approaching new customers and generating leads. An ideal candidate would follow up on the leads in time and help them in the process of purchasing the insurance.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with potential clients
  • Must have experience in Lead Generation and handling prospective clients
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Understanding insurance policies, their intricacies, etc will be a plus
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred, but not necessary
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to follow-up on the leads
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Must possess a laptop or desktop and a stable internet connection to work remotely.
