Role

    Be the custodian of brand Rupeek
    Bring to life the vision of making Rupeek one of the most iconic Indian brands, loved and respected for its larger purpose of making credit accessible to every Indian
    Execute the brand strategy
    Drive the annual operating plan for brand marketing
    Put together the JtbDs, MMOs and MCOs (Measurable Marketing and Communication Objectives), annual brand activity calendar
    Be the guardian of the brand book and its execution
    Work with other key leaders of the marketing function (CMO, AD Media, AD PR, Consumer Insights Director) to constantly strengthen the brand thinking, consumer understanding, brand execution
    Work with Performance/Digital marketing teams to ensure there is full alignment in the strategy of the two verticals
    Interface with cross-functional teams like product, growth, sales, HR to ensure that the brand perception, experience at all touch-points is consistent
    Over time, also play a key role in defining and crafting future product innovation pipeline for the business based on incredible consumer and competitive insight

Skills

    Deep understanding of brand equity management
    Strategic thinker who can envision what it would take to create incredible brands, but also a someone who loves getting into the details of crafting fantastic communication
    A passion for constantly understanding consumer truth
    A creative, but also a commercially astute person
