Our mission is simple: to help our clients all over the world unlock measurable business outcomes through our market-leading SaaS solution.The Program Director will play a key leadership role on the Mid-Market Consulting Delivery team by building effective client relationships, managing multiple complex cloud-based SaaS projects to completion, and developing a high-performing team. This role will become a trusted adviser to our customers and will deliver the highest customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and is able to continually improve our methodology and develop best-in-class processes. S/he will be a dynamic leader that fosters a collaborative environment and has a track record of rallying teams to success.This role is based on-site in Bhubaneshwar, IndiaYOU’RE GOOD AT

• Managing a portfolio of up to 10-15 Business Transformation Enterprise projects or a couple of Strategic engagements of varying complexity at any given time
• Leading the implementation services & consulting for assigned clients
• Implementation scoping, estimating, and Contract reviews
• Working with cross departments (Sales, Product Management, Customer Value, Infrastructure) to be able to come up with solutions that help provide value to clients
• Building strong relationships with Senior client stakeholders of Fortune 1000 companies
• Managing project resources including Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Consultants
• Managing project issues/risks and client expectations and escalating as needed
• Assisting in building playbooks and benchmarks from completed projects
• Understanding of Business processes and System architecture
• Arranging and conducting initial Executive and CxO discussions and positioning meetings

You Bring (experience & Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree
• Professional Services Director / Practice Head / Sr. Director for 3+ years
• 15+ years of progressive consulting project management experience
• Experience in functional or technical roles in the implementation of large ERP systems is a plus
• Independent thinking with keen problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plans
• High organization and prioritization skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to take a hands-on approach to manage client needs and troubled engagements
