We have handled major brands in the online space across verticals in the e-commerce spectrum. Our team has experience in crucial areas including warehouse management, order processing, and revenue generation analysis. Our goal is to help sellers grow their businesses online by providing innovative solutions and services.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Executive. The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, account management, sales, team management, sales management, and improving the overall performance of the platform. The role is located in Thanjavur.
Responsible for managing all aspects of E-Commerce Platforms including Amazon,Flipkart, Meesho,Etc, listing, promotional campaigns, and other online marketing activities Developing strategies to increase online presence and visibility. Identifying opportunities to optimize and improve customer experience. Developing and implementing marketing plans to promote products and services.
Increase sales on Amazon & Flipkart by developing and implementing new sales and marketing initiatives Collaborate with Internal team & Our Clients to maximise the brand impact and drive sales through digital channels Like amazon, Flpkart , meesho etc.
Analysing & providing channel daily, weekly and monthly reports and develop improvement and growth plans
Communicating with the Account manager on all channels, order management and necessary regular process maintenance.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Required Candidate profile
Hands - on E-Commerce experience with a proven record of scaling a brand/product. The candidate should be able to manage the entire e-commerce process, from strategy and planning to execution and optimization. They should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
E-commerce Channel Operations experience. Experience in creating and managing successful campaigns across different channels. Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and retention rates. Experience in managing and growing online sales.
Strong analytical skills, and decision - making skills; ability to identify, prioritise, and articulate highest impact initiatives; strong attention to detail
