Job Role : Officer GradeEducation Qualification : B E Environmental EngineeringExperience : 2 to 3 yearsMandatory : CLI , RLI , RJST Certified collegeFreshers can also apply but onlyCLI , RLI , RJST Certified
  • Monitoring the operation amp; maintenance of EHS system.
  • Issuing work permits related to Hot work, Height work, confined space, excavation work permits
pertaining to IIVL project site work amp; operation.
  • Inspection of EHS activity in each shift including both the production plants covering the overall
site.
  • Conducting workplace survey study for all the IIVL plant as per the procedure.
  • Maintaing healthy working condition of the Multi gas detector, oxygen meter, lux meter, Noise
dosimeter, Ambient air quality monitoring equipments
  • Inspection of Fire hydrant system amp; Fire extinguisher, Fire alarm system as per the EHS
guidelines.
  • Inspection of PPE#39;s, Safety Shower, and First aid boxes as per the planner
  • Ensuring the safety rules amp; procedures followed by all the employees.
  • Coordination for conducting mock drill amp; EHS safety committee meeting.
  • Follow up and completion of near miss report CAPA#39;s.
  • Coordination safety induction amp; fire training to new employees.
  • Ensuring the availability of MSDS for all the chemicals.
  • Monitoring operation amp; maintenance of ETP amp; STP plant on shift wise basis
  • Maintenance and Calibration of ambient air quality amp; noise level measuring devices.
  • Upkeep of documents pertaining to EHS and compliance to statutory and statutory norms...
  • Ensuring the hazardous waste disposal procedure followed in the facility
  • Coordination with cross functional team for new process safety analysis.
  • Execution of modification works compliance to safety norms.
  • Conducting monthly safety inspection as per the EHS planner procedure.
  • Inspection of emergency safety cupboard inspection of (SCBA, ELCB, Fire axe, Fire suit,
Aluminum ladder, Water gel blanket) etc.
  • Monitoring of Spill control Kit in all the available areas.
  • Ensuring Nonhazardous waste amp; hazardous waste disposed as per the IIVL procedure.
  • Conducting risk assessment for the new activity
  • Handing the emergency situation in the plant or vicinity in coordination with the site controller amp;
incident controller in 24*7.
  • Conducting the mock drill in night shift also.
  • Ensuring the healthy working condition of all the emergency gadgets equipments.
  • Inspection of fire hydrant pump on daily basis wise amp; as per the planner.
  • Inspection of Sprinkler system as per the guidelines.
