We are Looking for Embroidery Production Incharge to our Fabric Manufacturing Factory situated at Hosur Main Raod, Electronic City Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to oversees all aspects of the Embroidery production environment, including over 30+ regular employees.
  • Directly responsible for all aspects of the Embroidery area, machinery, and materials management.
  • Plans and analyzes business needs, budgeting, forecasting, and other corporate activities including, procurement of threads, yarns, fabrics, accessories, etc, and material management, allocation of materials, etc as per the production.
  • Manage workplace safety, in particular, the authority to stop any activity that is deemed unsafe or that may pose a danger
  • Ensure workplace cleanliness and orderliness
  • Monitor Productivity as per the daily, weekly, and monthly target
  • Plan and allocation of men machines and materials Monitor, supervise, mentor, and develop the embroidery department Supervisors and Workers.
  • Vendor Management - coordinate with vendors for job work or outsourced work, ensure timely delivery of work order.
  • Quality control, ensure quality as per the design and standards.

Requirements:Qualifying applicants must meet the minimum requirements below:

  • Any relevant degree, graduation.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory level or higher experience in an embroidery production environment and embroidery machine management.
  • Knowledge of Threads, color grades, thread counts, fabric quality, etc is a must.
  • Have experience with embroidery sewing machines and puff embroidery.
  • Intermediate knowledge of computers including proficiency with Word and Excel.
  • Multi-lingual (Kannada, English & Hindi) is preferred
  • Demonstrated flexibility- adapts to a changing work environment while meeting company and department milestones
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects at once
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication and follow-through skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
