仕事内容

We Need Manufacturing EngineeringQualification: BE/B-TEC Mechanical/Production/Electrical with 3 to 5 years' experience or Diploma with 5 to 8 years' experience.
  • Developing Tools, Fixtures, assembly line.
  • Developing Manufacturing processes for Assembly & Tools & fixture requirement.
  • Assembly Line trial, tool Trial, validation & Installation support.
  • Preparing of Work Instruction for Assembly, PFD & PFMEA.
  • Interpreting drawings, technical specification & other design details required for manufacturing and assembly.
  • Identifying failure modes, root cause analysis & drive corrective actions. Lean project implementation: Identify & implement continuous improvement opportunities on Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost.
  • Making sure the tooling required for a job is ready to begin production. Documentation of tooling & assembly line development
  • Training operators on new tools/fixtures and its process. Provide a guideline to the technician on maintenance and repair procedure of new tool & assembly line.
  • Knowledge on plastic component mould development .

  • Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Proven working experience of min 3-5 years in Manufacturing/Production engineering Dept
  • from a reputed company.
  • Have expertise in using tools like AutoCAD & knowledge of 3D software.
  • Have good Communication Skills.
  • Have ability to work independently & Strong Problem-Solving skills.
  • Handle multiple work simultaneously & flexible on work & open for learning.
  • Positive mindset & attitude.
  • Knowledge of ISO & IATF.
