  • Ensuring a calm environment which will give assessment-appearing candidates the best possible opportunity to be successful in their exams.
  • Make themselves available for the exam duties at per time promulgated.
  • Regulate entry and exit of the candidates in the labs.
  • Carryout registration (biometric and photo capture as facilitated by the Service Provider) of the candidates.
  • Ensure that the candidates are escorted to the designated seats in an orderly manner.
  • Ensure that there are no unauthorized items carried by the candidates.
  • Helping to ensure that the conduct of the exam takes place within the guidelines set down by the examination board and as per the Examination Policy Being vigilant, whilst not disrupting the candidates.
