Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities

Position :Executive - Central Operations
Qualification :Graduate/MBA
Experience :2 to 5 Years
Roles and Responsibilities:
Good knowledge of Excel & MIS handling is essential
Comfortable to work in both shifts& Flexible working Hours
Provides proactive communications & solutions for issues for Station Team, Central Operations team & maintain good Interactions with Internal as well as External Clients
Oversee day-to-day operations of shipment delivery in multiple Locations which includes but not limited to RTO, RVP, RCPV, Escalations, Ticket, FST, LDAP, Property etc.
Interface cross-functionally, including coordination with Ground operations team, technology team & customer for Cash to Digital Adaptation, Process Reconciliation etc.
Monitor the operations of the station team to achieve Business Objectives.
Ensure proper compliance &adherence to processes like CPD, EOB, DID, CPD Breach etc.
Handle and manage process & people escalations appropriately.
Stakeholder Management - understand processes and facilitate trainings&updates
Daily, monthly, quarterly reports on operations, deliveries, etc.
Safety and security awareness as well Inventory handling and monitoring.
Monitoring the Performances and Improvising the SOP and SLA.
Skill Sets:
Ready to acquire knowledge and be Self-motivated
Flexible in doing Multitasking activities.
People Management and Operations management is a must.
Strong communication &Crisis management Skills
Ability to understand dynamics of supply chain and aptitude to learn Process & Software requirements related to the industry.
Ability to understand &establish sound procedures in line with the organisational operational procedures like UDBAD, NPS, Pickup &Prexo Accuracy&Inaccuracy
Comfortable with Remote Working and must have WiFi connection. If there are any frequent electricity problems, then should have an Inverter backup.
