Executive - Engineering is responsible to supervise the working of utility equipment at Panoli Plant also carryout maintenance work in Plant, Utility ETP systems in shifts

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Supervise the working of all Operators , Fitters, Wiremen working in the department Ensure predictive, preventive and breakdown maintenance of all utility and site production equipment including ETP RO downtime free with minimum cost and high level of safety Adhere to ISO, SAP, and other operating system compliance into his department Issue the require equipment spares from the stores.
Adhere to following the safety procedures in Utility and in carrying out maintenance work in Plant.
Responsible for root cause analysis of equipment failures and implementing the solutions on site Prepare the project cost of any plant improvements.
Ensure all utility cost are as per the targeted norms. Responsible for energy saving programs at the site.

DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC/ON-GOING FUNCTIONS

Monitor the minimum inventory of the critical equipment spares and coordinate with vendors for procurement of spares
Ensure uninterrupted utility supply to the plant Ensure compliance to statutory requirements in Engineering.
Supervise and regular maintenance of plant, Utility equipment and Critical safety equipment
Ensure Zero incidents and accidents at site Ensure budgeted norms of utility.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS/SCOPE

Executive - Engineering would be required to interact with the following departments/ job roles to meet his/her accountabilities

All Engineering Contractor, Factory, Boiler Electrical Inspector, Equipment Suppliers, GIDC, Electrical Inspector, Weights and measures.
