Job Description

Qualification: BE(ECE/EEE) with MBA or MSW with 1-3 yrs of experience in Technology recruitment’s in Embedded systems.

Job description:

Experience in recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, interview, submission, feedback/ Status, Negotiation, followup, and on-boarding.

Organize campus placements, to recruit the various talent acquisition in different location to match the cultural fit and technical knowledge.

Experience in sourcing the Job profile for challenging STEM skills staffing like, Embedded Hardware, Embedded Software, PCB design, Matlab, Algorithm, FPGA, etc.,

Analytical mind to think clearly and logically

Excellent MIS dashboard in Excel and Presentation skills

Ability to work accurately while paying attention to details.

A fast learner with excellent written & verbal communication as well as problem solving skills.

Should have the aptitude to explore and learn new developments in HR
